OK, that’s great! Not sure what your aim/point is here. I eat what looks and tastes good, when I’m hungry, and stop when I’m full. Sometimes, I finish a restaurant portion, mostly not.
If I eat more toast when I’m not actually hungry, will I be a cool girl, too? -np
