This has been my experience and about what I was going to say. I had to replace a transmission on a Hyundai at ~103,000, and I had the engine on my Subaru outback go at 96,000. The Hyundai needed a water pump at 60,000 which I've been told is normal for that, and also the timing belt went around the same time.
