The CIT site (not CTI) is not a warehouse site. It will be office, whether Amazon or someone else takes it. It was one of the sites Amazon toured and the state said they would give it to Amazon for free to locate there in an article.

Amazon does have a fulfillment warehouse in Dulles. Its not that big though.
The CIT site has always been my pick if they come to this region. Its on the metro but a large blank campus and is near the airport as well as a couple office buildings they already occupy, one they just moved into within the past year. Its also near Sterling which has ample room for additional warehousing if they want it. They clearly like the location based on their history. That doesn't mean the rumor is true though.
