PP here - I love hotels! Especially luxurious ones. I regularly head to the Four S for a staycation and I function just fine because I know they're cleaned on a regular basis after each stay. Can't say the same for a old house or apartment which could have belonged to a hoarder or someone who painted over asbestos in their basement in order to sell the crappy place (yes, that happened).

As for where I live - I wouldn't say I'd never live where someone else lived before. I just prefer brand new and so far its worked out just fine.

You realize this picture isn't real, right?


If you noticed, I said 'It really does look even better than this in person" meaning yes, I know that's a rendering and I've been poolside at that very pool this summer. If you think the image looks nice, the experience is way better.

Open to Dupont, Logan, Foggy Bottom, Farragut, U St. or Navy Yard/Waterfront
