Ask your pharmacist. Seriously. Not your doctor. Doctors don't know all the relationships between medications (because there are so many) but pharmacists do. Your pharmacist would LOVE to talk to you about your medications and their timing and anything else that you would want to know!

Unless given specific times by your doctor, it doesn’t matter. Just be consistent.

According to the National Institutes of Health, the benefits of probiotics have not been conclusively demonstrated. That said, for any meds, follows label directions or doctor's advice.
(I take rosuvastatin for elevated cholesterol and am directed to take it right before bedtime as it works best on an empty stomach. My low-dose aspirin I take with food.)

My Gastroenterogist told me it's best to take probiotics in the morning so they are working during the day when your system is at its most active because you're eating.

My actual meds are time specific (am or pm). Vitamins and orobiotics I take based on personal preference. I’m easily nauseated so I prefer to take at bedtime.

This is totally dependent on a number of factors, including your health, your lifestyle, the meds you are talking about, other meds you are on, etc.

Are probiotics medication?
I take thyroid hormones, without which I would die, since I don't have a thyroid, in the morning. I can't eat for an hour and can't take iron or calcium supplements (or the food equivalent) for four hours after taking it.
