First of all, MS 13 is a gang that started in the US. Secondly, dummy, when you don't have sanctuary cities, people don't come forward because they know they will also get arrested. They need to know that they won't get deported if they go to police.

Right. Even the other illegal immigrants feel too threatened to say anything because these gang members promise to kill or maim their relatives back home.
