Been with two guys over 50 and both were very interested multiple times a week; they also exercised and ate relatively healthy so not sure if that played a part in helping them maintain

Actually mine left during menopause and comes back once in awhile in my 50s. It's all about hormone levels and, for me, when I am less depressed.

It’s over pretty quick for women...like by the late 30’s. Most do not miss it. The trick is to still get the make attention and not have sex. Most women learn this way before their 30’s.

I recently got a divorce and found a whole new world out there.

My EXDW had not beem interested in sex for some time (a combination of relationship issues, body issues, etc.) However, the women I have been lucky enough to get know are normally very interested.

I am not sure if they are more interested because dating someone is very different then being married to them, if they have not had access to regular sex and now make more effort to get when they want it (i see this with women with kids still at home and they can only get together when their XDH has the kids, we go out of town), or if they are no longer worried about getting knocked up. I am sure it is a blend of all it.

When I ask, most say they want it much more now than when they were married.

I am 54 and, from a dating perspective, it is thrilling when a woman shows me that she is interested in sex and I would love to meet someone who actually craved it. I also have found it is much easier to talk with my doctor about make sure I am disease free and what I need to do to stay that way. I would have too shy at 24 to talk about this unless I thought there was an issue.

I'm a 65 year old male and my craving has been pretty consistent over the years and I'm very thankful that my DW is still very interested in sex. I'd prefer a higher frequency level - currently 1 and sometimes 2 times a week - but her skills are very good so I'm happy. And she often initiates which means the sex will be excellent.

Good for you because for many women it disappears after menopause. I'm lucky in that after menopause my libido didn't really change though to be honest I was never the horny type to begin with but I always enjoyed sex and still do at 66. Last night I initiated it which is not a normal Wednesday night event. My DH has always had a pretty high libido so sex twice a week is our norm which I think is pretty good for people our age.
