Yeah wouldn't he be biased on issues? He advocated for causes so won't he disproportionately represent them as governor?

No. A progressive Republican -- indeed any Republican -- would allow local boards of election to set the calendars for their own school districts, if they were ideologically consistent.

No he’s not. He cuts money from education and censors people who disagree with him. He acts like a coward when the president threatens funding for Maryland (NIH and the Chesapeake).
