It's an obstacle no matter what. You have to disclose health conditions. If you lie about it and they find out when you try to collect, they won't pay. So lying isn't worth the risk.
That is why many would forego treatment or pay cash for treatment. I know a few women who paid for BRAC-1 test with cash and under a fake name.
