By reading the forums it sounded like you CAN walk there from Country inn & Suites but CAN'T walk there from the Fairfield Marriott. Google street view shows me that the 2 hotels are right next to each other so I'm assuming you can walk there from both. Not sure why people made a big deal about walking across the same street from the Marriott.

Recommend you ask the hotel.

Who said that you can't walk? We used to stay at the Country Inn and Suites, and we walked across all the time. It's a busy road, but there are lights and crosswalks. (then again, we haven't been there for several years now, so maybe the traffic pattern has changed)

Why can't you walk there? Busy road? Even if it's not safe to walk how are you getting to the hotel? I assume you're driving so why don't you just drive to Dutch Wonderland?

Definitely do Strasburg and the train museum across the street from Strasburg.

Cherry crest adventure farm was loved by all (our 3 year old, DH, and myself).

We're going to Dutch wonderland for the first time and staying at the Fairfield Marriott. The hotel is across the street from DW but apparently you can't walk there. Can you take an uber?
