Have you been to the Pepco Capital Grid projects meetings? I have. Neighbors are very happy that he filed these... because they asked him to. No one wants a power substation in their neighborhood that looks like it belongs in a warehouse district - which is what Pepco would have done without intervention. Thanks to Boese, both neighbors and Pepco are happy with how the project looks.
