Every time this happens (about once a year for me), it takes a few hours of my time. I have to go onto each website where my credit card is set up, and update to my new card number. It's huge pain in the rear and also a waste of time. I then inadvertnetly forget some that are not frequently charged, like SiriusXM radio (they charge every 6 months).
