Tough to address because it serves many purposes for him - he is a huge attention seeker, so he gets that, he loves doing something shocking, and it also a stim/tic. He ill stop for a moment or two when asked and then goes right back to it.

We’ve done both and have an adhd diagnosis for now. Full neuropsych is forthcoming. More likely to be asd. Regardless, we have to address the issue.
