Yeah agree not a big deal from another W school. One of the most active PTA moms lived in Germantown and her ex still owned a a condo that was zoned into our school. Her kids never stayed with her ex and he was renting out the condo to a childless couple. No one cared and she never hid the fact they lived up in Germantown.

You and the OP whose neighbor has an illegal rental both have too much time on your hands.

I teach in MCPS. People have complex custody arrangements. I’ve had students who lived 2 or 4 weeks in DC or VA, then 2 or 4 weeks in Bethesda. No one at our W feeder school cared.

If what you mean is that his parents are divorced, he goes to the public school for which his father's home is zoned, but often stays at his mother's home, no, you should not.
