They don't round up or down. They add up % points and it is what it is.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF A 79.89=B SINCE 80% IS B OR IS IT AN C+?
DOES PWCS ROUND THE SCHOOL IF IT'S OVER .50? MY DS doesn't know and I don't want to ask the teacher yet.
