Among Mann, Eaton and Hearst, Mann is clearly the strongest school academically. It has a beautiful building and ample, shady outdoor play space. Eaton is the most "urban" of the schools.


Hearst paradoxically is the only school that feeds to top-ranked Deal for middle school. Mann and Eaton are assigned to second-tier Hardy.

Among Mann, Eaton and Hearst, Mann is clearly the strongest school academically. It has a beautiful building and ample, shady outdoor play space. Eaton is the most "urban" of the schools.

Mann: it's already been renovated a few years ago. Eaton will be renovated in two years, meaning disruption and possibly a swing space for at least two years in a different location.

Whatever works better for your commute. Keep in mind Eaton will be renovated in 2019, so will be in a yet to be determined swing space that may change the commute equation.
