^ We are done with the four door because we are downsizing. Our DD loves her two door and that will be our next jeep. The unlimited has some serious room to it if that’s what you need but parking the shorter version is so amazing.

Had one for 10 years and am convinced I’ve suffered hearing loss from driving it on the highway. I’d love to get another, but only as a fun extra car for local drives.

Says who? I've had mine for 6 years with no substanial repairs. A hell of a lot cheaper to own then a BMW!

And, for the record - I'm in my fifities and I LOVE my Jeep. We've decided that we will always own one. Fun car and useful. And one of the few that you can still get in a stick. Enjoy!!!

My DH loves his Jeep. In a really bizarre, obsessive way. There is a whole Jeep culture that I know very little about. But it's been a great car and he loves driving it. Go for it!

We are mid 50’s. On our fourth. It’s a jeep thing! Never too old never goes out of style. Retains its resale value. Lower insurance. Get a stick.

hahaha obviously what they mean is that they will be terribly embarrassed by you driving it. Which means you should do it.

Get the car you like, can afford, and is an asset to your lifestyle. Don't worry what anyone else thinks.

I wouldn't...

1. It is an objectively terrible car

2. Assuming you're a 40-something mom from the burbs it's going to look like you're trying way too hard

Who's paying for it - you or them?

They're just jealous. Get your car.

I'm 43, and the Wrangler will be my very next vehicle!

GO FOR IT! I love them!
