I do all that and still have awful legs. Genetics matter here especially as you get older.

^^your skin will not be smoother and cellulite does not go away, but the appearance of it does.

Lift weights and build muscle. Squats, lunges, deadlifts.

Not elliptical. Runners mostly still have jiggly legs. You need to build muscle. Barbell lunges and squats, hamstring curls, walk up stairs with weights, box jumps, deadlifts, etc.

OP here. i was just using that as an example- i don't really want them to look plastic! just smooth and toned. thanks to the PPs with the recommendations for squats, lunges, more walking, etc. i don't need to lose weight - I'm already kind of underweight actually. just need to tone what's there so it's not jiggly. that's how come I didn't notice i was getting out of shape - i haven't gained any weight.

Squats, lunges, bridges, lots of glute, hip and quad work will give your legs some nice definition and address the juggle.

I do a lot of walking and my legs look pretty good. My arms, on the other hand…

well, that would be nice. but i definitely see women in their 30s and 40s with great legs!

Good genes and maybe vein treatments. Possibly lipo. There is no treatment for cellulite.

not ellipitical...squats, lunges, etc. Lots of strength training mixed with some good high intensity cardio (HIIT workouts).

haven't worked out in nearly a year. haven't gained weight but my thighs are now jiggly. what's the fastest/best way to get my legs toned again? Elliptical?

and for those of you who have those "barbie" type legs that are perfectly smooth and look plastic and shiny, what's your secret? Mine never look that way. Self-tanner?
