Thanks! I looked at Karasik and really liked liked it but you do have to do PEP there and I’m trying to keep his PEP as similar as possible given other changes. But I’ll rethink if I can’t check all the boxes!

I think you have to do PEP at Karasik if you do that for the other half of the day and the programs are different. Not sure I would want that.

My child loved preschool and preK at st andrew the Apostle in silver spring. Not far away from OTERo

I know you said no Montessori, but a friend had a really good experience at Acorn Hill, which is Waldorf. (In my experience, Montessori type programs tend to be highly structured, so I would focus on an inclusive program regardless of the philosophy.)

Hi! My 4-your old has PEP class at Oakland Terrace in Silver Spring, and I'm looking for a pre-K near there. Any recommendations in the area re schools that are good with IEPs/developmental delays would be much appreciated. His PEP teachers think he would do better in a non-Montessori type program (not enough structure for him). Any thoughts regarding Woodlin Child Development Center, Goddard Silver Spring, or Grace Episcopal Day School would be much appreciated as well. Thanks!
