Op here, he’s 2010, and has done summer camps and development center. He’s the smallest on his team, but quick and agile, he uses the speed well. He is obsessed with soccer, so he will keep playing no matter what, but wants to work on the reasons he didn’t make it.
It’s because he’s small. Don’t overthink it. PAC is full of small kids rejected by Vienna.

At that age, he might just not be used to try outs and might show better now that he knows what to do. He could still try out for McLean, Annandale or Great Falls if they are still on-going.
