Now I wonder if the old school was correct. Regardless, I’m not sure our son would have been eligible based on above comments. He had pullouts for LD and OT but had been dismissed from speech.
If you think your child will ever move to MCPS, do the service plan to keep the IEP active. Our son lost his IEP on return to MCPS for HS and it’s devastating. We were told the entire process starts over.
