We like Otema Adade at Ross, and I think she's recently added hours, so maybe she's taking new patients.

We had a different experience. Would not recommend.

Khendra Peay is good. She’s on Wisconsin Avenue near Chevy Chase/Mazza Gallery. Also doesn’t take insurance.

We are seeking a consultation with child psychiatrist for my 14 yo daughter. She was diagnosed with ADHD at 7, and has been working with a psychologist, executive coach, etc. to address it. Until now, that has worked just fine. But, since she has entered HS, she is finding it increasingly hard to focus. Additionally, we have been a big uptick in anxiety. In consultation with her psychologist, we have decided that it would make sense to consult with a psychiatrist and explore the possibility of medicine to address this (in addition to the continued therapy with her psychologist). Unfortunately, the two referrals we received are both not accepting new patients (Dr. Robyn Wechsler and Dr. Joseph Hochheiser). Do other people have recommendations? Thanks in advance.
