The group mentioned above at Heal from Within is really great. I would hesitate to do one involved with my clinic because I would want to be able to be honest about my experience.

Resolve, meets once a month at the Tenleytown library. If you send an email to dcbasedresolve@gmail.com you can get added to the list to get notified of the monthly meetings. But generally 2nd Wednesday of the month 7PM-830PM. Totally free to attend.
