I'm in my late 50's, thought it was age but it really is just fat. My inner tube is gone.
Not sure this is true. I'm a triathlete have probably eat carbs 3 times per week, and never pasta or bread. No beans. I certainly drink wine. My body just started to change. No weight gain. No muscle lI actually got a tummy tuck and lipo. Problem solved.
