We usually do a book store gift card for everyone, though if it is a teacher who has asked for donations of supplies throughout the year I might do Target or Amazon instead.

Why flowers? Is it because you think of teachers more as women than educators? Or do you think that flowers are the best to recognize them as educators? If the latter, then give the male teacher the same.

I'd get them all the same thing. So if you are getting the make teacher a gift card, I'd also give the same to female teachers. Why should they get different gifts?
