Eat a nice, protein based breakfast.
Eat fruit instead. Every time you crave sugar, eat a clementine, a few really good strawberries or some sweet grapes (the cotton candy ones are great for this). Also, get some Orbitz gum - I like the strawberry and bubblemint.
