in general if you have been doing it all along you are fine. However, like everything pregnancy related, the best advice and guidance should come from your doctor

I know it's fine to spin while pregnant, but I'm specifically worried about studios that keep the room hot.

I just got certified and it's perfectly fine to spin while pregnant.

I am 6 mo preg and teach 3 spin classes a week. I also take SoulCycle, sometimes weekly, and have a bike at home. It's one of the only exercises I am still able to do. I do make sure I am near a fan and drink a TON of cold water.

I'm not sure how hot the spinning rooms get, but this article indicates that being exposed to excessive heat especially while exercising could be risky for pregnant women.

I know that spinning is generally acceptable for pregnant women, but I'm curious about rooms that get very hot (like SoulCycle, where they purposefully cut the air). Is it safe to work out under those conditions while pregnant?
