I find that I sleep best when I sleep alone. Otherwise, my spouse wakes me up with their own tossing/turning, and then I can't go back to sleep.

Not so obvious. Google male menopause.

Try potassium & magnesium supplement from GNC, it may help.

Same except I also take a long time to fall asleep.
And when I wake up during the night it's to worry.

My son is the same way. It's partially due to our inattentive ADHD.

I just ordered this and I hope it works. I generally fall asleep quite quickly at around 10:30-11 but like clockwork I wake up between 2:30-3 and then toss and turn until dawn. It really sucks. I want to kill those people who sleep 7-8 hours every night.

That's insomnia, probably related to perimenopause. Increase exercise, eat a healthier diet and no caffeine after noon. Those changes helped me sleep better.

Can relate. Cut out all caffeine and increased exercise. Helps a bit.

Anyone relate to this?
Collapse in bed (for me it’s at 10)fall asleep immediately.
Wake 3 hours later. Awake for hours.

Did you find a solution that worked for you?
