Well built- football player or bodybuilder not swimmer. About 10-15% body fat- less than that it looks too extreme and more than it looks too soft. Height is not important as long as his musculature is proportional. Minimal body hair.

5'10" - 6'2". Fit but not marathoner lean nor body builder. Tennis player body type. Decent head of hair and no facial hair. Ok, so I just described my DH of 20 years ago. He's put on a few pounds since then but everything else is pretty much the same.

Used to like bald guys, but now I find myself more drawn to thick, brown hair.
Face-wise: I don’t know how to explain what it looks like, but some men have incredibly sexy eyes and smiles. Those make me melt.

There are some pics of matt Damon with a "dad bod". That is my ideal type. Haha works out well for DH. Nice defined arms and chest, but softer stomach. Mmmm perfect.

Fit and healthy. I don't like super lean and thin, or bulging muscles and veins. I like someone who is athletic and fit, but still likes ice cream pretty regularly.
