Its the willingness inside your DH. There are so many untapped benefits from working out. I had a awakening month ago, said to myself when was the last time was overall happy boom when I was in shape mid20s.
No more excuses not to go the gym, no more bad fast food, cut down beer/wine. Have dropped 15lbs and added muscle at the same time. I am cutting calories hard to get results fast and I dont feel like I am starving myself. My younger coworker was staring at me the other day and asked there is something diffferent about me. I said yeah I got new pants.
