Remember that this class of AAP 8th graders were allowed to choose between Longfellow and Cooper. So many cooper base kids

Right (i.e., the highest percentage of students applying from any FCPS middle school admitted was at Longfellow, followed by Kilmer, Carson and then Jackson).

I hope they release the list of all middle schools, including Loudoun and the other counties. Did they ever release the full list for class of 2021 (last year's admissions)?

The principal has nothing to do with TJ admissions. At LJ, there is zero encouragement or discouragement about TJ. It's all about the kids and parents.

There was an earlier thread on this with a link to the admission data by middle school. But for unknown reasons, the thread has gone missing. I would like to see admission from the non-FCPS middle schools, such as privates and arlington/Loudon

Very nice showing by Luther Jackson with 23 admits (the most ever, I believe) and the 4th-highest admission rate by percentage after Longfellow, Kilmer, and Carson.
