Are the secondary retailers legitimate?

Typically you are better off going through the secondary retailers for good seats -- StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. For basketball, in general seats toward half court are better. I personally would rather trade a few rows up to be closer to half-court, but that's a personal thing and others might differ.

Trying to pick two tix to the playoffs for my father but I know nothing of basketball, the wizards, or Capitol one stadium. My criteria would be good as we can get seats, under $300 per ticket, and lounge access. Etihad lounge I think? Do I pay for that separately?
