I had symptoms of endo so not silent, but I went to a surgical gynecologist (the kind that operates for ovarian cancers, does hysterectomies) and had them do my lap (where it was confirmed). We conceived naturally 6 months later.

OP, I don't have any answers but am sorry to hear this. Infertility is confusing enough and then to be told you have "silent endo", which I've never heard before doesn't make it easier. I imagine you would need to talk with your OB about it but doesn't hurt to ask your RE what other patients with silent endo have done before. Good luck

So i’m about to be 39 and just had my third failed FET. I am dx DOR (fsh 8, amh .2) and have an 18 month DD from my first IVF a few years ago. I seem to be a decent responder (always 9-12 mature eggs with 75% fertilization) and ovulate on day 13 like clockwork but cannot get pregnant naturally. During my last failed transfer my RE said to me - oh yeah you most likely have silent endo. I was stunned. I don’t have painful periods or any kind of spotting. So my question is whom do I take this up with? My RE or my OB? I feel like I should get a lap done and see for sure. Maybe removing the endo can give us a shot naturally? Anyone with advice please chime in.
