I don’t think every school sends an email. Last year my second grader was admitted and I never got an email. The open house info was in the paper admission letter sent via snail mail.
Ours is on the letter we just got. (Well, on an enclosed paper.)

When is the open house? As per FCPS website only Eligible students are notified through email about open house. So it is safe to say which school

We got an email invite earlier to the aap schools open house. No formal letter but I guess that means we got in. Don’t want name the school bc I don’t think they were suppose to send the email before letters went out.
