OP, is it possible that these women dislike you because you use your attractiveness to get ahead at work? Even if you aren’t meaning to, maybe these women see it differently. I’ve never witnessed or heard of any of the attractive women at any place I’ve worked being treated poorly by other women solely because she’s attractive. There is usually some personality conflict or something happened to cause it. There are plenty of women who aren’t intimidated by an attractive woman but who also won’t tolerate an attractive woman who relies on her looks to further her career.

It's sadly true. Women are jealous and threatened by attractive women, even if they are not taking anything from them, they have the need to take them down.
I'm attractive. I don't worry about things like this - anymore. When I was insecure I used to think people hated on me for my attractiveness. Now I just do my job and enjoy my life. I have wonderful, loyal, beautiful friends. It is not that serious, and life is too short to trip about stupid sh** like this. If anyone will mistreat you for your beauty, that is squarely their dysfunction.
It's easy to say that you don't care about being the target of mean girls, but it hurts. I think they think it's fair, to even life's playing field. In reality, I have felt bullied my whole adult life by women. Because of that I go out of my way to be kind to people, but I have become guarded with women.

Being attractive is helpful in ones career except for when it comes to other women at work. I have had so many knives in my back from women at work its made me discouraged. So many women are just aged HS mean girls. Being friendly and nice hasn't helped. Why are women like this at work? I am not after their men or jobs.
