22:52 to answer your question, no I haven't been successful yet, but we're doing embryo banking right now, and then will start looking for a surrogate so we haven't done any transfers yet. I did a pretty standard antagonist protocol with BCPS for my first cycle but it got canceled due to poor response. Then we went with a micro-dose lupron protocol with HGH and estrogen priming instead of the BCPs and had better results. Pondering a estrogen priming clomid flare protocol with low dose meds for my last cycle. In addition to DOR I have some genetic issues so that's really why we're doing more than one cycle. I've had a very good experience so far, so I'd definitely recommend seeing Dr. Payson. I think he really thinks outside of the box, and is very knowledgeable. I've felt in good hands since day one. I never felt as comfortable at Shady Grove hence the switch.


I'm not a good candidate for NCIVF, but I know Dr. Payson is very familiar with it given he used to work at Dominion and we've talked about it.

I did IVF in DC with Columbia 3 times and it was unsuccessful. Went out to CCRM in Denver and had twins on the first story. So happy to see they now have a branch here in DC. Good luck!

Hi- I am planning to go to Dr Payson and wanted to get feedback as am in similar situation(DOR). Could you please let me know if you were successful at CCRM and what protocol did you try? OP I'm the previous poster/CCRM patient in this thread. I don't think you can go wrong with either GWU or CCRM. Honestly I'd call both and see which can get you in the soonest then go with that one. I highly recommend Dr. Payson, but have friends that have used Dr. F at GWU and sing his praises. I think the only bad option really is going back to Shady Grove. OP here. I was at SG for 3 IUIs and 2 IVFs, one that got cancelled. Switched to GW and ended p getting pg naturally. Trying for #2 now and almost 42, CCRM was recommended by a friend... clock is ticking but not sure who to go with-

So the way it was explained to me is that it's a good protocol for ladies that are poor responders/DOR in that it might give a better response and can avoid over-suppression that might happen with the antagonist protocol. I did antagonist my first cycle and got canceled with 4 follicles after day 11 of stims which was surprising since my AMH was a tiny bit low but not crazy low. Long Lupron was another protocol that was suggested for me. I'm not sure how it'll go but willing to try something different. Just waiting for CD1 so I can start my 2nd cycle.

NP, I am curious -- and I've never been able to figure out googling -- what does a micro-lupron flare do that is different than the standard antagonist protocol? We have done 2 cycles at Columbia doing standard antagonist and I am curious about alternatives before my next cycle.

I love Dr. Payson. If I was going to try again I would see him in a heartbeat. He is smart, creative, and compassionate.

I'm a patient there and highly recommend it. Started at Shady Grove had a really bad experience, and CCRM is the complete opposite for me, much better experience. I really like my doctor (Payson) and feel like they're very willing to switch protocols, and try more things than Shady Grove was. If you have any specific questions let me know. Been a patient there since October.

I found out recently CCRM has a branch in NOVA. They're too new to have their stats on SART data. Has anyone been to them? I'm over 40 and looking to have #2. Thanks!
