Same. It's a drawer, typically wooden. What do you think is "living" in there? Wipe it out with an antibacterial wipe if you must. I'd be more worried about sitting on the bedspread or using the tv remote.

But, this is my big trick: eBags ... this way you just take them out of your luggage, and put the whole thing in the drawer. Your clothes never touch the drawer. Every member of our family has a different color. It has changed our vacations by tenfold!
