That's cutting it close.
The southwest terminal security lines are always long and slow at BWI...and this is spring break (crowded with families who aren't used to TSA and will slow down the lines).
Your flight will likely start boarding at 11:30ish. There's a very real possibility it will take you 30 minutes to get through security. Plan to arrive at 10:30 IMHO.

They had to keep reminding people not to bring bottled water through. How do people not know that? It’s been 11 years since the liquids rules went into effect.
