Best: I don't like sugar in drinks so always choosing water is my preference.

Worst: I love fast food breakfast on cold days. If it doesn't warm up soon, I'm going to have a heart attack.

Best: I work out hard, and stay thin, muscular, have also kicked the wine habit (started with dry October and now only drink when out with friends, but never at home/nightly)

Worst: wanting a treat every night after dinner, esp week before period. Too much sugar!

OMG. Exactly me too!

Best - work out daily and generally pretty controlled, yet reasonable - about food.

Worst - too much white wine and the snacking that goes with it.

Mine are a combination of all of yours:

Best(s): no eating after dinner, lots of water

Worst: I eat too much. And sugar is like a drug for me, once I have some, I want more and more.

My worst habit - Oh how I love sugar. It's a problem. I try to keep to the old "if I bake it from scratch, it's ok to eat" but with young children who love to help out in the kitchen, it's not as hard as you'd think to whip up cookies and cupcakes from scratch.

Yep.

YOu sound like me but I have managed to cut out sugar. I am finding it harder to kick red wine. It is a very bad habit for me.

Same here, with the red wine.

I eat petty clean and exercise regularly.

Worst: I stay up too late every single night because I hate my nighttime routine (cleaning up after toddler dinner, prepping for tomorrow) and procrastinate for ages.

Best: I am super efficient at getting ready and out the door, no matter the occasion.

Unfortunately I believe these two things are linked.

Best habit....I loooove healthy foods. Love all vegetables, fruits, love quinoa, love kale. It’s not hard at all to get enough fiber, vitamins, and minerals into my diet.

Worst habit...quantity! I love to eat and eat a lot.

Best: I workout everyday too. I make it happen. And i workout hard. Im not talking about an hour of yoga, I do 90 minutes of hardcore bootcamp style workouts.
Worst: I was a young 20 something in the late 90s and one thing that I got addicted to was artificial sugars. I still love diet coke, I like all the protein bars that have all the chemicals, love stevia, etc etc. Ive gone back and forth over the years kicking the habit but I always go back. Its hard for me because I don't feel better/more clarity/have better skin or any of the benefits of quitting that some people have. Still, I know its eating my insides!

My best habit when it comes to overall health is that I never eat after dinner. Ever. I usually finish dinner with the kids no later than 7 p.m., so this gives my body a lot of time to digest. I don't snack in the evenings. I sometimes have dessert with the kids. When I do have a later dinner out or on holidays, that's fine--but once it's done, there is no more late night wine or snacking.

My worst habit is that I like a good amount of cream and sugar in my coffee! I have tried to cut back, and have succeeded to a degree, but it's still more than most people use. I'm trying (again) to scale back, and to keep my overall consumption to one cup of coffee per day.

How about you?
