Most airport locations, yes, but I know my small town Enterprise location doesn't have them. I'd call ahead and check with the location and that's really the easiest route unless you've been wanting to get yourself a flex pass.
Apparently, according to the fine print, you're not actually supposed to move your EZ pass from your registered car to a rental car without de-registering your car and registering the rental car. You're also not supposed to move your EZ pass from say the wife's car to the husband's car; it's always supposed to remain in the car to which it's registered.
I don't believe you need to de-register your car, you just need to add the rental car information. This is from VA's EZ Pass page:
To ensure seamless use of the E-ZPass transponders in any of your vehicles, you should include the license plate number, state of registration, vehicle type, vehicle make, model, year and color of all your vehicles. You can email vehicle changes to
customerservice@ezpassva.com
I have two transponders, and both are connected to all of my cars and can be switched as needed. (One is a Flex and one is not.)
