Here’s my suggestions (also the parent of a kid who was in the lower weight percentiles). If your kid can discern the difference between brands, it is admittedly much harder to transition.
Hummus snack containers: either wash and refill the container or buy a new “special” container that she assists in selecting (choice a or b?) to refill
Yogurt/gogurt: they have reusable zipzicles which are the same style as the gogurt squeeze yogurts. Have her help fill them with a yogurt she’ll eat using a funnel (sounds a lot less messy than it is! Bonus! You can leave enough air space to freeze them and you can wash and reuse. You could start with the gogurt ones to fill the new ones, but gradually switch out to the brand you want.
