She does sound awesome. I'm sure you're great too! Her life has no bearing on yours. Also, your DH fell for both of you, so clearly you're in good company. Isn't this preferable to thinking that he previously dated someone lame?

Is your dH still hung up on her and making you feel bad?

And remember, people present a false image on social media. It’s likely that the stuff she’s done isn’t all that impressive, she just slants things to look that way.

This speaks to your deep seated insecurities. Right now you're focused on your DH's college GF, it'll be someone else next. You need to develop some self-love, self-confident. Therapy would probably help you with this.

DW had a very active social life before I met her but refuses to tell me anything about it. I happen to know that she was with a number of famous older men.

Why, why do you do this to yourself!
Work on being the best version of yourself and ignore the rest.

I don't even know the names of my husband's previous girlfriends. I never bothered to ask. He doesn't care about my many flings, and I had a lot more than he did, so why should I care about his? Your past is your past.

Stop fixating on this. It's unhealthy. She has clearly moved on with her life, so should you.

My husband and I had a rough start when we met because he was still in love with his college gf of 5 years. Of course I was curious about this alluring other woman and looked her up on social media. I was pretty floored. She was girl next door pretty and seemed to have a fun outgoing personality. In addition to that she dressed really well and was super smart. Double major in Chinese and bioengineering in addition to being very active in her sorority she wa also an accomplished dancer.

Like wow.

I looked her up now out of curiousity and she continues to kick butt. She’s worked in a fantastic career at some major companies, married a foreign service office, started a grad program and now has moved across the globe as an expat with her husband.

I just feel so...unaccomplished? Lol how do people rock so much?
