How long does LAMB give current families to decide of they are staying? And new families to decide if they are taking their lottery win?

They gave returning families a long time last year - into the summer.

Is LAMB still moving to Kingsbury?

The truth is that there is nothing to really keep a family from enrolling at LAMB off the lottery and also enrolling at a school in myschooldc and then waiting a while to decide. So I don't know that their official deadline is that meaningful.

I went last year - they're not pulling out or calling names one by one - they use a website (I think random.org) to spit the names out in random order, which gets projected on a screen in their multipurpose room. It's hard enough to read the screen being there in person, so I don't see making any sense to live stream. I think open the lottery to the public to show their transparency for anyone who might be skeptical it is not done fairly.

Well this is good to know, that it is very fair.

As I recall, it was posted within 24 hours. I looked on Saturday morning and saw the good news. Good luck to all.

Last year the results were posted on the LAMB website before the MSDC lottery results were released. I don't remember the exact date, but it was before the end of March. Calls came later (first week of April - after the MSDC lottery results).

I've been wondering about the same things. Isn't the lottery next week?

Usually within 24 hours they post the results -- some years it's been a bit sooner, sometimes a bit later.
