Subject: Getting to DCA from NE DC on March 10 (Rock n Roll marathon)
You can cross North Capitol via the Rhode Island Ave and NY Ave overpasses. The runners will be below you on North Cap.
I'd do that and then grab the 395 entrance at NY Ave, go under Congress, and keep on 395 over the bridge into VA, then transfer to the GW Parkway.

I dealt with this a few years ago. I took the Metro rather than chancing it with an Uber. I just used my Metro app to time the train correctly. They will only be running once every 20-25 minutes.

Why not take metro? Stops almost inside the terminal it’s so close.

Usually I take 295 from my neighborhood to get to DCA.
The road closure maps confuse me. Will I be able to get to DCA during the marathon or should I change flights?
