You won't get divorced in VA or MD faster than a year just because she won't have sex with you. You may as well testify she doesn't fry your eggs to your liking.

If you have an at-fault divorce can it go quicker? That's one reason to do it.

I think he's just asking if that's what this is, not looking to use it as a reason in an at-fault divorce.

I think he's planning to accuse her of it and try to make her feel bad (and possibly threaten your standard legally no-fault divorce but make it clear it actually is her fault), and wants his terminology right.

This is her issue, not yours. She needs to fix this for you. A marriage without sex is unhealthy and cannot last. I can’t imagine going more than 4 weeks without! You are very patient to have put up with it this long.

It is supposed to be grounds for at-fault divorce. Does this specifically refer to sex? My wife would say she's affectionate -- holds hands, snuggles in bed, kisses (sometimes). But no sex in about 15 months... She is 54, just no drive anymore. So is that abandoment of affection?
