Child support according to income-level is such batshit idea. It should be a universal basic support level and that's it.
Almost no parents could afford to pay universal basic support level so
I didn't say a universal basic INCOME. I said support level.
Example:
If you make $5,000,000 or more a year - you pay $6,000 per month per a child with all (private) tuition expenses from K-12 paid
If you make between $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 - you pay $4,000 per month per a child with all tuition expenses paid
If you make $1,000,000 - $2,499,000 - you pay $2,500 per month per a child with all tuition expenses paid
$500,000 - $999,000 - $1,500 per a month per a child with 3/4ths tuition expenses paid
$250,000 - $499,000 - $1,000 per a month per a child with half tuition expenses paid
$100,000 - $249,000 - $750 per a month per a child - public school
$50,000 - $99,000 - $500 a month per a child - public school
$25,000 - $49,000 - $200 a month per a child - public school
If you make under $25,000 a year - the state government gives you $175 a month per a child and BOTH parents get a record if its clear you're milking the system with 3+ children and no work ethic.
It shouldn't be Britney's job to keep Kevin laid up in a $1 million mansion and supporting six kids for what was generously a sperm donation over a two year period. Especially considering she has partial custody and separate covers tuition and travel expenses for the boys. But whatever - she's making $60 million a year so to her its probably just an irritation.
