1.2 ct gray diamond with halo set in rose gold, split shank. I am not a ring person, but I adore this one. It's unique but not so much that it doesn't look like an engagement ring.

2.2 carat round on a band with 2 small .2 cts on either side, in platinum. Matches my wedding band which has 5 .2 small diamonds in a row. I wear them daily.

I have two: a Marquise-cut diamond on a gold band I got a few months later, and an oval yellow diamond on a band of white diamonds that was in DH's family.

Cue in all the women who think engagement rings are stupid and unnecessary, and it means you guys don’t love each other, and you are a gold digger, and you will obviously end up divorced because they bought a ring from a vending machine and they are as happy and can be. Did I cover it all?
