I like it. But don't drink it on an empty stomach

It has very high caffeine and it made me feel sick to my stomach. Really bad for anyone who has adrenal fatigue and thyroid issues. Got mine from Whole Foods and it is quite expensive.

I love matcha. It's the best. My family thinks so too. Less caffeine than coffee.

I also can't consume matcha, because it's too much caffeine for me. If I have a matcha green tea (made from a costco teabag), I feel jittery like I've had way too much caffeine. It makes me feel terrible. Matcha also makes me develop caffeine dependence -- if I don't get caffeine every 24 hours I et a headache.

I've tried it and it makes me sick to my stomach, even when it's diluted. Every time I get the sweats and dry heaves. If I've ate, I vomit.

Anyone do matcha? I saw something on Dr. Oz about it being really good for you. I don't drink coffee so will it keep me up and have me bouncing off the walls? Can I mix the powder in yogurt or soups? Any ideas or experiences.
