Long-term side effects? Like if you take it for a few months you might get cancer down the road? No. It's been around a LONG time and is not associated with long-term risks.

Short-term side effects, yes. Lots of people report bothersome side effects, and some people opt not to take it because of them. These are well documented here on DCUM and google.

I was only on it for one month, but FWIW, my old side effect was dry mouth. My resting heart rate was slightly elevated but nothing significant. I don’t have any lasting effects at all.

I am interested in using phentermine or Qysimia. I tried looking up what the long term effects would be if any, I did not find anything. I know with any drug there can be side effects but with this one it shouldn't be too bad?
