Not to be mean but after going to one party early on and noticing how the could of kids get sad in the moment when they don’t have someone there we always make sure someone goes. Do you have a local grandparent?

Not anti treats so I felt like the silly one not the smarter better parent. This year we attached lollypops.

? I am doing nothing for my toddler's daycare class. I might pick up some Starbucks gift cards for the teachers if I have time. But I probably won't.

We’re sending dollar store valentines that came with a cheap lollipop.

You're going to get a mix of pinterest-sourced DIY valentines, store bought valentines, and goodies/treats/other junk like that.

Don't sweat it. If you're into that idea, do it next year. I've been on the giving end of all three of those options over the years my kids have been in preschool just depending on what iI have had going on at that time.

Our daycare, which is also a preschool, sent home a list of names of kids and teachers in his room. It’s the toddler under 2 room. They are having a party tomorrow, and there was a sign up sheet for supplies for that. We did that part, and then we got some chocolates for the teachers. I am now second guessing what i was supposed to do with list of kids. I got some cheap valentines cards from target with stickers for the kids, but after reading another thread i feel like other kids will have crafty stuff that almost 2 year olds will actually be into. It’s obviously too late to do anything about it, but just trying to gauge how much of a bad mom I want to feel like.
